breakfast in the self-Conservatory Restaurant is 11.00 clock.

In the self-service restaurant Conservatory breakfast was available until 11.00 hrs.

As in the evening becomes one part of the Conservatory The Grill (alternative dining / cover charge applied) you had a reception at the entrance.

Since the evening part of the Conservatory Grill (Zuzahlrestaurant) converted, so there is a reception on a page.

The other part of the Conservatory will also be transformed into a theme restaurant. Last night it was Best of British and tonight it's Trattoria. It is without additional payments and it is operated on the site.

The other part of the Conservatory becomes a themed alternative restaurant venue every evening. Last night it was Best of British and this night it was a trattoria. But there was no cover charge and you got full restaurant service at the table.

We were here during the breakfast hour. Somebody told me that P & O and Princess would use a liquid coffee concentrate. Would this might explain the strange fountain like you normally only know from POPs? They are thus mixing syrup and water.

But we are still at breakfast time. Someone made me tell that allegedly P & O and Princess Kaffeekonzenrat a liquid is used. Would this perhaps explain this strange dispenser that looks more like a Coca Cola plant, so when the cola is made from syrup and water?

If the British world champion of cereal? So many varieties ...

Britons are the world champion of cereals? So many different types ....

Even a German who need cold cut in the morning would have become happy here.

Even a German taste buds, who needs the morning sausage would have been happy here.

Is this a real coffee machine right, or rather only one output unit?

Was this a true coffee machine at the right side or just a coffee release?

That was the domain of the U.S.-Ships ...

This is after all the domain of U.S. ships ...

Fruits .. whether dry or fresh ...

Fruits ... dry or fresh ...

English breakfast bakery ...

Full English breakfast pastries ...

And here is the continental division.

department Here the Continental.

For a traditional English breakfast everything was there you need.

For a traditional English breakfast, everything was there, what you need.

And here are the unhealthy cereals.

And here the unhealthy cereals.

Remember to your childhood: porridge, etc. ..

pure childhood: oatmeal, etc. ..

Bruno was thrilled when he found an organic natural yoghurt. yoghurt

Bruno was very much excited to find an organic natural.

Nobody was sitting here at the aft anymore at this time.

sits behind the rear at this time any more.

on the starboard side it is empty.

On the starboard side everything was empty.

They started to prepare for the lunch.

Here is everything that is already prepared for lunch.

This looks nice too.

Looked nice ...

very nice.

Very nice ...

properly garnished beautifully, even in self-service.

Nice garnish - that is in the self-service area. Which

The carts keep the food hot were taken to the service area.

be gradually things to heat car drove up.

almost round the clock you can wake up so here.

You can get food nearly around the clock.

If we would be longer onboard we would have tested it as well.

If we were more on board, we would perhaps even have come here.

evening is the selection for the gala dinner quite nice. Hummer does not exist.

Nice choice for the gala-dinner. But not lobster.

We should have this round table left no 88, 2nd seating. But for one night we did not want to go there.

We had a round table next to number 88, 2 Seating. For one evening we had no desire to turn us up even.

It looked really nice here in the restaurant.

The restaurant really made a nice impression to us. There was plenty

of room between the tables. You never need to ask someone to move to pass.

There was also plenty of room between the tables. You had never really ask someone to move something, to go anywhere.

We did not like to here were attracted to the offer of the trattoria.

So if you had no desire to eat here again it was pointed here to the trattoria dinner. At noon it was

a really great service and delicious food. You had nothing seasoning.

At the lunch we got a great service and very nice food. No reason to season somehting at the table.

After we so short afternoon outside to take pictures were, we came back in time for tea time. Class: real Etagieren service.

As we went out for a short time to take some pictures we got back right on time to have tea time. Great: true multi-tier plates.

scones were served from the tray.

scones is served from the tray.

the first time we meet but also other pastries, served from a tray.

The very first time we make acquaintance with other kind of baked food for tea time Which were served from the tray.

You also got clotted cream.

There were even "clotted cream" - the greasy, so expect the sour cream.

Under "Select Dining" I really understand that I get the same food as the main restaurant, but just at a time when I want. But that is for P & O Cruises 'Freedom Dining' and that there are currently only on Ventura and Oceana (and presumably AZURA).

I understood as "Select Dining" that I get the same food like in the main restaurant but at a time I selected. But that is with P & O "Freedom Dining" and you can get it currently on VENTURA and OCEANA (I guess AZURA as well).

The self-service restaurant gave us a totally different impression. Same in "Trattoria" on the starboard side of the ship.

now makes the self-service restaurant has a different impression. In the "Trattoria" on the starboard side of the self-service restaurants, it looks the same.

set when bread service has to be right at the beginning, how much bread you want in the course of the evening. Therefore, we feel that we for £ 7.75 (equivalent to approximately 9 EUR) can not expect the same service as for $ 30 (equivalent to 23 EUR) on American ships, which we are accustomed.

When they were serving much bread you were asked how bread you want for the rest of the night. So we learned that you should not expect the same service for 7.75 GBP (approx. 12 USD) like for 30 USD (20 GBP) Which We normally used to have on U.S. ships.

Some olives for your attention.

olives attention. was

vinegar and oil, both for guests only on a small plate. The threatened due to the vibration and trim spill over. You can see it very well to the vinegar. I could see the stuff on the tablecloth, and later on the tuxedo. Even here, where no formal would require all appear in the restaurant (up to a table) in formal terms. For sauces I personally found that olive oil is not good enough. But we are on an English and not Italian or Greek ship.

You get vinegar and oil on just one little plate for both guests at the table. Due to the vibration and the trim I was afraid to have the liquid on the linen or maybe on my tuxedo. Here no formal table was required but all (but one) appeared in formal. To dip I did not find the olive oil good enough. But we were on an Englsih ship - not an Italian or Greek ship.

Coconut Shrimp.

coconut shrimp.

My terrine. Delicious, but somehow lacked bread. So I had to reorder which what is not so provided. Later I saw that the neighboring tables got served with crackers.

My terrine. Yummy but somehow I missed some bread. So I had to order some more Which Was not much very much welcomed as they asked me at the beginning how I wanted bread ... Later I saw that other guests got some crackers with the terrine which i did not.

For our mixed grill you still get a service pepper.

Our Mixed Grill, there was pepper Service.

Various sauces came as Silver Service (not what Phoenix probably this refers).

Few sauces were served silver-service style.

Sorry but I remember too late that I forgot to take a picture. I started to take pictures but somehow the waiter was under pressure somehow and put me under pressure. So I forgot completely to take the picture. It was a GIANT-bunch on a giant plate, whichw as impressive for your eyes but difficult to handle because everything was stacked. My personal taste would be to have the potato with the sour-cream on an extra plate. I was missing a spoon to eat the potato. The salad bowl was placed in the sauce so I could not placed it on the linen. I ordered additionally some garlic butter and sauce béarnaise wihtout knowing how much the space on the plate would be limited. Reminded somehow to breakfast. The Filet Mignon was from the forefront so it was for my taste too dry and too stringy. (. I ordered it medium-rare But the crew were Indian dominated Maybe my request did not fit to their religion. ...) All on different plates - this would be my preferences.

I'm sorry, but I only later realized that I had not even photographed. I had scheduled to take pictures, but somehow jostled the waiter, because he probably was in a hurry and went some way in between, so I am advised of the concept. It was a HUGE mountain on a giant dish that impressed visually, but unfortunately very difficult to handle was because everything about each other Stacked was. For my taste I would have preferred the potato with sour cream on my plate had extra, especially as a missing spoon to spoon the potato can. The fact that even the salad bowl was swimming in the sauce, you could not simply set the bowl on the tablecloth. I had ordered zuästzlich Bearnaise sauce and garlic butter, but if I had known that no place is more for it, I would have left it be. The whole reminds me more of breakfast. Unfortunately, the filet mignon because it is more of a tip end is pretty dry and tough (I had ordered medium-rare, but I'm afraid, because the service staff dominated Indian , it may have religious reasons that it is not served.). Quite honestly, everything was on several plates have been better ... But if a question of personal taste.

annoying though was the atmosphere. When we got it vibrated so that at the next table are constantly clattering (glasses and cutlery) and a knife almost walked to the edge. When we asked for, but the silverware again hang up so that it does not klackert, it was made.

I did not like the atmosphere. When we arrived it was vibrating very much so the next table the silverware and the glasses hit and clicked all the time and moved to the edge of the table. So we asked them to place the silverware in a way you can not hear it what they did.

But few minutes later it was like common beginning: the silverware and the glass hit and clicked each other all the night. The vibrations were so strong that we were happy that we did not have our cabin around there. Before we got the upgrade we should be just one deck below.

But few minutes later all was again turned by itself and the Klackerei went on all evening. The vibrations were just as strong at the stern on Deck 8, that I am glad that I had no car in this area. Before the upgrade we were on Deck 7 have been directly underneath.

One should but the claims at Screw £ 7.75 charge is not too high: in our area is a different music played as over at the Trattoria page. You therefore always heard both, which was annoying. It is also more likely to get used to that between the staff everything is on demand. That is, in other Zuzahlrestaurants is whispered, so that the guest will notice nothing, and here we all called out over several meters. But maybe that's normal in the UK ...

For 7.75 GBP you should not have your expectations too high. Here they had the music in our part. But Trattoria had a different music so we had all the night two different music to listen which i did not like too much. What was also somehow strange to us: the waiters shouted to each other to give instructions. In other alternative dining venues with cover charges you normally whisper between the crew memebers and you as a guest do not remark them. But here they just shouted to bridge distances of several feet. We were not familiar enough with British service - maybe it was standard and we just did not know it.

The chocolate pudding... normally we understood the waiter this way: if you open the pudding a liquid chocolate should flow out of the center. But I think the chocolate here was steamed away and absorbed. We did not expect a lava-eruption (ha Ha...), but I think this must be an inactive vulacano or pudding...

The chocolate pudding ... normally we have understood the waiter so that I open the pudding, and then to run out of liquid chocolate. But that was probably vaporized and absorbed. We expected so no lava eruption (Ha Ha ...), but in this case it is probably more of an "inactive" volcano or pudding ...

I had found nothing on the dessert menu, which would have irritated me correctly. So I ordered cheese.

I had not found any interesting on the dessert menu which i really liked to try. So I ordered some cheese. Why

however: they took away my fork which i just got few moments before and again no space for the crackers but to stack. The cheese was cut into one centimeter thick slices. The butter was so ice-cold for the crackers So the craccker broke in my hand when I tried to put some butter on.

Whatever the reason: I had been immediately removed the fork, which have been laid a few minutes before, and again no room for the cracker out of the piling. The cheese was cut into about 1 cm thick pieces. The cold butter to the crackers, unfortunately, that the crackers to coat in the hand while trying to broke ...

gave it to the end, even coffee meringue cookies.

Finally we got some meringue with our coffee.

For a little more than 12.00 GBP so we could get some sea food (hot or cold including lobster). But we did not found out if this was on top 12.00 GBP (like NCL) of the 7.75 GBP or instead of the 7.75 GBP. As we were totally stuffed we did not want any midnight snack Which they were preparing the other part of the restaurant.

For a little more than £ 12.00 we also have seafood (cold or warm, with lobster) may have. However, we have found out if there is another addition, as in NCL or instead of £ 7.75. We were full and were able to easily give up the midnight snack, for it all to be prepared in the other part of the restaurant.

We make it in time to the 1 Show. However, we have to order something to drink no chance, because probably only three waiters are on the move around the lounge. A few minutes later, the cruise director Christine welcomes us to the show.

So we made it right on time to the first show. But we had no chance to order any beverage as the we could only see three waiters for the whole lounge. Few moments later Cruise Director Christine welcomed us in the lounge.

Clem Curtis sang all best known soul-hits and made even those people moving to the rhythm where in Germany you will expect them to be in a nursery home. With his 70 years he gave such a great performance even older ladies in their formal dresses tried to move to the beat of the music without loosing their composure.

Clem Curtis had brought just about every well-known soul hits, even by those to animate rhythmic contractions, which would probably fall in Germany to care level 3. Who, with his 70 years thus brought a great atmosphere in the lounge: Women in formal dress, tried to countenance somehow get involved.

He has also brought the women to melt - not only by direct eye contact, but also by a Voice that produces goose bumps.

He did not just make ladies melting - by having direct eye-contact but then with his voice Which made everybody having a thin skin.

I obey: with "My Girl" I started to clap my hands ...

I even give them to: The song "My Girl" I have already clap along.

With "You're the First, the Last, My Everything", so I've ever sung the choruses, although I would prefer mitgetanzt like Ally McBeal. In "Build Me Up Buttercup" I still have laws and sung completely.

With "You're the First, the Last, My Everything" I started to sing the chorus with all others but did not start to dance like in Ally McBeal. With "Build Me Up Buttercup" I stayed sitting all but sang the song.

With "Love Train" I was unable to stay anymore on my seat and had to stand, dance and sing ... Unfortunately after this the show was finsihed. Christine made a last great selection and we deeply regret that we missed the 60-show night because we had no chance to get onboard. Very sad.

In "Love Train" I have but then I can no longer hold, and stood, danced and sang ... and then unfortunately the show was already over. Christine had a delicate little hands and more, we regret that we were not on board last night to the 60's Show. Too bad.
