... here is a brief interim report: Aik has settled in great, he is lively, interested in everything, absolutely house-trained! By nature and obviously you have done some good preparation. At night he sleeps through good and not bother us - but still with us in the bedroom. On the day he plays smitten with the girls in the garden or with the 5-month-old neighbor's dog, a Yorkshire Terrier, both are raging like crazy. Aik has become much more self-conscious, feels, I think, already responsible for the family to know exactly where our property ends and not run away. He barks a bit even if someone is coming. In short: Aik makes a very cheerful, balanced impression and we can no longer even imagine what it was without him.

.... Here are a few recent pictures of Aik, who won for us the way, the nickname "Rudy". Yesterday I took Tess to the neighboring town to visit her sister Akita dogs. Both are now 15 weeks old.
This is our third visit, but the first time we meet but not on court at the Akita Unstrut bank to "neutral ground".
